12 Weeks Have Rolled Right Along

And Luke is now at the point where we find it unfathomable that he ever lived in a mommybelly.

Luke's quite the Canadian logger, eh?

The sun isn't everybody's best friend... ("Thanks, Gramma, for the sun hat! And for lots more cute clothes! I'm ready to woo the ladies...")

Luke loved his visit with Grampa Tony, whose charming Canadian accent kept Luke in rapt attention. (Or maybe it was the bulging biceps?)

Staring at Tony, one of the few times he wasn't gooing and gaaing and grinning at him.

"Can't I be a toddler already?"

"I may be asleep, but my ear's up, so I can still hear you..."

All three of us in the field outside our apartment. Luke got bored of walking through the fields and fell right asleep.

Luke's poppy and grammy were away for a week, and he sorely missed them. But then they dropped by with socks that looked like hi-top Converse and a whole stack of Golden books, so he forgave them for their week-long abandonment of him. Here, Poppy reads Uncle Remus to a tired baby Luke.

Always toting him around, we seem to bore little Luke. He falls asleep all over the place. Richie's mom noted, "To Luke, everyone's his tour bus," and Tony added, "Yeah, and Richie's a double-decker!"

...but even the double-decker bored him to sleep.
